  • number and location of windows: by agreement;
  • number and position of doors: by agreement;
  • separating partitions possible;
  • roofing: imitation of metal tiles;
  • wall insulation: mineral wool 150mm;
  • ceiling insulation: mineral wool 150mm;
  • floor insulation: mineral wool 150mm;
  • upper flooring: wood.
